Mykelti Padron Says She’s Blessed To Have Avalon
Being a mother is a major responsibility, but Mykelti Padron is up to the task. She gave birth to Avalon in the spring of 2022 and has been head over heels in love with the little girl ever since.
And of course, there’s always room to share the love in the Padron house. Mykelti and her husband Tony announced they are expecting twins in December. Soon, Avalon will be a big sister.
The little girl is only one year old, but Mykelti knows she will be able to depend on her daughter to help with the twins as they grow up. Keep reading to learn more.
Mykelti Padron loves her oldest child very much
Mykelti Padron knows she’s definitely going to have her hands full when the twins arrive in December. Having one small child is difficult enough, but the Padrons are about to have three babies under one roof. How will they manage it all?
The Padrons actually live in Utah, not far from Christine. So it’s entirely possible that they will rely on help from family from time to time. But Mykelti also knows that Avalon is going to be an amazing older sister to the new babies.
“I WIN!! She’s amazing and so much fun to raise. I’m having the time of my life being a mom. It’s gotten harder while pregnant, I can’t do as much as she wants me to anymore,” the TLC personality shared on Instagram. “And once the twins come I know it will be even more difficult. But I’m still so honored and please to raise her and her two siblings when they arrive.”
But December is still several months away, so Avalon has a bit more time left to enjoy being an only child. Mykelti and Tony feel very blessed to have her in their lives.
The Padron family is multicultural and can’t wait to teach the kids about their heritage
Tony Padron is pretty proud of his Mexican heritage, so it only makes sense that he would want to share it with his children. That’s why fans were surprised and excited to learn that Mykelti and Tony plan on raising their children bilingual.
In the comments on the Instagram post, one fan wanted to know about their plans to teach Avalon Spanish. Mykelti confirmed it was a work in progress, but Avalon doesn’t talk much yet.
