’Sister Wives:’ Nightmare Interrupts Maddie Brown Brush’s Afternoon
Most of the country is preparing to celebrate Independence Day this weekend and the Sister Wives family is no exception. Maddie Brown and her own family live in North Carolina these days. But she and her husband Caleb have two small children, so they always have fun celebrating holidays as a family.
However, it appears that a nightmare interrupted a nice family afternoon. Keep reading to find out more.
Maddie Brown shares a sweet moment with Evie
Maddie Brown and her husband Caleb Brush have two small children together. Axel is five years old and Evie will be three years old at the end of the summer. They’re at a fun age, but they also are young enough to still run to their parents when they’re afraid.
And that’s exactly how one of Evie’s nightmares during naptime came to interrupt Maddie’s day.
Fortunately, Maddie Brown Brush is an excellent mother and knew just what to do for her little girl.
“Nap time nightmare,” Maddie shared on her Instagram stories. “She wanted to cuddle back to sleep. How could I say no.”
The mother of two uploaded a sweet photo of her daughter Evie in her arms. She didn’t go into details about Evie’s scary dream, but it appeared that being safe in her mother’s arms helped.
Fans feel sad that a nightmare kept Evie from sleeping, but are happy to see how well Maddie managed to comfort the little girl.
Axel and Evie Brush continue to captivate Sister Wives fans
Sister Wives fans that follow Maddie Brown Brush on Instagram know that she’s always posting sweet photos of the kids. Nightmares aside, Axel and Evie both seem to be pretty happy children.
The TLC personality recently uploaded an adorable photo of the kids hugging during playtime.
“This hug was completely unprompted,” Maddie wrote on the video. Evie gleefully throws her little arms around her brother. “They are at the age where they are best friends and I’m here for it. They still fight. But they love each other.”
The Brush family lives in North Carolina while Kody Brown and the main part of the family live in Flagstaff, Arizona. So Maddie and her family probably won’t be in Season 17 as much as fans would like. But even so, they may make an appearance or two. Fans would love to see more of the kids.
