If you’re a Duggar fan, you probably know about their strict modesty rules. The girls are expected to wear long skirts or dresses. They’re not allowed to show too much skin.
Now that many of the Duggar girls have grown up and gotten married, they have started dressing differently. So, some of them wear shorts or jeans now.
But fans are still surprised to see Joy-Anna Forsyth and her sisters in less modest clothes than they grew up wearing. So, her summer wear is definitely a shock.
Joy-Anna Forsyth Rocks Summer Wear At The Beach
Recently, Joy-Anna went on a girls’ trip to the beach. It looks like she and several of her close friends traveled down to Florida on a fun vacation.
Joy-Anna’s sister-in-law, Abbie Duggar, is in the same friend group and appeared in some of the photos, too. In the past, fans have seen photos of the ladies celebrating Galentine’s Day. In another social media post, they enjoyed a pool day.
It may shock fans to see Joy-Anna wearing some pretty revealing clothes as she soaks up some sun on the beach. This isn’t the first time she’s ditched her parents’ strict modesty rules, though.

In one photo, she’s standing in the water with an inner tube around her waist. She’s all smiles as she poses with a friend and her sister-in-law, Abbie.
Abbie is also wearing a tank top with fitted shorts and a baseball cap.
In another snap, Joy-Anna stands beside a friend for a photo and pops her knee to show off her fitted shorts. Her thigh is partially exposed, as are her shoulders.
