‘DWTS’: The Question Jenna Johnson Hates Getting From Fans
Jenna Johnson has had a pretty successful career with Dancing With The Stars so far. She and her celebrity partners even came in second place during the last two seasons. In previous interviews, she’s said that she is definitely ready to return for another year.
The 28-year-old’s star is on the rise and she loves interacting with fans. However, there’s definitely one question she hates getting asked.

Jenna Johnson wants people to stop meddling in her private life
In previous interviews, Jenna Johnson has always said she wants to be a mother. She and her husband Val Chmerkovskiy can’t wait to be parents and love spending time with their nephew, Shai.
But they’re going to have a family in their own time. And the couple really hates it when people ask about their family plans.
“I think it’s a really insensitive question actually,” Jenna told Us Weekly in a recent interview. “You never know what somebody’s going through and the amount of DMs and comments, you know, ‘Babies on the brain,’ ‘When are you gonna have a baby?’ ‘When are you and Val gonna have a baby?’ It adds pressure, but also, it’s nobody’s business.”
The dancer went on to say that outsiders have no idea what she and Val have been through as a couple or what they want to do with their lives. At the end of the day, she wishes people would just keep the nosy questions to themselves.
The Dancing With The Stars pro shows compassion to a family member
Jenna Johnson and her costar Peta Muragtroyd are related by marriage. Peta is married to Val Chmerkovskiy’s older brother, Maks. And sadly, Peta and Maks are battling infertility at the moment. They desperately want to have another child but suffered several miscarriages in recent years.
“She’s kept it very private for the past two years,” Jenna continued. “So when I saw the beautiful piece that they did and that she finally opened up, I just called her and told her how proud I am of her, because I know how much heartbreak that brought her and how badly she wants another baby.”
In Jenna’s eyes, Peta’s fertility issues are another reason that she thinks it’s rude to ask about a person’s plan for children.
“Let’s just avoid being in people’s business about that kind of stuff. If I’m not asking you, just probably don’t ask me,” the So You Think You Can Dance alum added.
