‘BIP’ Kenny Braasch, Mari Pepin Still Going Strong, Celebrate One Year
Bachelor in Paradise fan-favorite couple Kenny Braasch and Mari Pepin hit a big milestone this week. The couple is celebrating one year of being engaged. Keep reading to find out what they have to say about their love story and journey to the altar.
BIP Kenny Braasch and Mari Pepin still going strong
Mari Pepin went to Instagram to share a post celebrating one year of being engaged to Kenny Braasch. She shared multiple photos and said, “365 days/♾ w you ♥️ HOW has it been a year already?! I guess time flies when you’re w the right person☺️ Still feeling just as lucky and in love as the day we left @bachelorinparadise together. Happy First Anniversary, I love you! Here’s to many more ✨🥂”
Kenny also shared some love on Instagram. He posted a pic from the day they got engaged and said, “1 year ago today! Happy Anniversary @mari_pepin ❤️ Love You! #almostparadise #bachelornation #bachelorinparadise #bip #chicago”
So, Mari and Kenny are still going strong and fans can’t wait to see them get hitched. Speaking of getting hitched, where are they in the wedding planning process?
Wedding planning
Mari and Kenny have revealed to fans they have not yet set a wedding date. However, the couple has decided on where they want to tie the knot. Mari and Kenny have decided they will be getting married in Puerto Rico.
The bride-to-be has family there and it would make it easier for them to have all of her family attend if that’s where they have the ceremony.
Mari also revealed she wants a tropical-themed wedding.
Tons of fans and fellow Bachelor alums commented on Mari and Kenny’s posts celebrating their one-year anniversary. Jesse Palmer was one and noted how he couldn’t understand why they weren’t sweating during the proposal.
Many others offered well wishes including Zac Clark, Tyler Smith and tons of fans.
New couples are forming
The summer of 2021 proved to be a great season for Bachelor in Paradise. There are many successful couples to come from Season 7. Some of those are of course Kenny and Mari, Joe and Serena, Noah and Abigail and Becca and Thomas.
Three of these couples are already engaged. Fans are hoping and waiting on Noah to pop the question to Abigail. Do you think he will anytime soon?
As for Mari and Kenny, perhaps they will start wedding planning more now that they are past their one-year mark.
