Who Decides Whether Pete Davidson Is On Kardashian Show Or Not?
Kardashian fans have seen a lot of relationships form and break on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Hulu’s The Kardashians. However, we haven’t yet had the chance to see Kim Kardashian’s new beau Pete Davidson starring in the Hulu show.
Kim Never Persuaded Pete Davidson To Be In The Hulu Show
But why is this? Why hasn’t the SNL star yet made an appearance on the show? As per the Hulu series showrunner Danielle King, the Skims owner never actually tried to convince her beau to be a part of the show. In an interview for Deadline’s ‘Crew Call’ podcast, the showrunner appeared alongside momager, Kris Jenner.

Danielle spoke about Pete’s future regarding the TV series stating that the decision comes down to the SNL star and Kim. She added that Kim actually never tried to persuade Pete Davidson to be a part of the series. The decision is always up to the partner or the concerned person. If the couple wishes to share the screen together, they are more than welcome to. The team is happy to cover their interactions on camera.
Pete’s Brief Behind-The-Camera Stint On The Kardashians
Before the show’s premiere in March, Kim confirmed that Pete Davidson wouldn’t be a part of the first season. However, he did have a brief appearance on The Kardashians’ season finale in the post-credit scene that aired on June 16.
While he didn’t come on camera, his joke did. He jokingly asked if Kim’s audio producer had seen the reality star’s vagina more than he had.

Although the couple started dating in October 2021, they only opened up about their relationship in February. This was when Davidson cited Kim as his girlfriend for the very first time. In an episode of The Kardashians, the reality star described how their relationship began. She stated that the mother of four was the first to text him after getting his digits from an SNL producer.
Danielle Isn’t Surprised By Pete Davidson’s Absence From The Show
As per Yahoo! News, Danielle stated that Pete Davidson’s absence from the show wasn’t a weird surprise. She further added that anyone with a new and budding relationship would need to have some privacy. Although Pete isn’t as shy regarding on-camera appearances, being a part of the show is entirely the couple’s decision. Kim and Pete appeared together on live camera during the Met Gala event.
Danielle also stated that whether Pete would have in-depth storylines or not would depend entirely on the SNL actor. This is a conversation the couple needs to have if they wish to be a part of the show together.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum recently talked about her bond with boyfriend Pete Davidson. She stated that they bond over their love for skincare. They love to inject pimples together, mentioned the SKNN owner.
