Chloe Chrisley CAN’T Return To Mother & Father, Why?
As Todd and Julie Chrisley face potential prison time, the question of what happens to Chloe Chrisley was posed. Most fans assumed Savannah or Chase would step up to the plate to take on both Chloe and Grayson. A lot of fans, however, wondered if it would make more sense for Chloe to go back to her mother and father.
Would Kyle step up and finally be the father Chloe deserved? A lot of fans admit they would love to see Chloe return to her mother and father. Sadly, there are reasons why returning Chloe to her mother AND father won’t work. What are they? Keep reading.
Chloe Chrisley’s mother and father are NOT together anymore
The biggest issue with wondering whether Chloe could simply be with her mother and father is the fact that her mother and father are no longer together. Furthermore, it isn’t really crystal clear where Chloe’s mother, Angela Victoria Johnson, even is right now.
A quick search reveals she’s had some brushes with the law including being arrested for Medicaid fraud. Considering her criminal history, placing Chloe in her care is unlikely to be in Chloe’s best interest. Likewise, Chloe has been with Todd and Julie since she was pretty small. It is possible she wouldn’t even really know who her mother was.
Kyle Chrisley has a new wife and life
Now, fans know Kyle Chrisley and his father Todd did makeup. He does see and spend time with Chloe every once in a while. Kyle, however, got married to a woman named Ashleigh. Instagram activity reveals that Ashleigh had children prior to marrying Kyle. Children that Kyle Chrisley is great with. The same Instagram activity also revealed that Kyle and his wife Ashleigh want to have children of their own together. So, Chloe Chrisley may not fit so well into that picture.
Would the judge do back-to-back sentences?
One theory fans have is the judge may consider doing back-to-back sentences where either Julie or Todd go to jail first and the other parent goes to jail after the first completes their sentencing. This would allow the parents to continue to care for their children. It, however, would also ensure Todd and Julie get very little time to be together if they both had to do 30 years.

So Kyle doesn’t want his own daughter but rather takes care of children that are not his because they are white and Chloe is biracial? Interesting I hope he doesn’t go to church!
Must concentrate on Chloe…forget Kyle,his new wife and life. Would you really like to put that poor child in that kind of a situation.
IF,the family is as close as it appears on their show,the ONLY,acceptable choice is Savavaha with Chase as back up. Gramma Faye I sm sure will do what she can. But Grayson and Chloe need continuity and family.

Savannah should raise Chloe and Grayson and they will be very safe and loved more then you will ever know
Chloe should stay with Savanah, Chase and Grayson. That’s all she knows, pretty much, in her young life.
I say Savanah cause she love her niece alot
Savannah and Chase are busy with their own lives and don’t need the responsibility of raising Chloe. she has family on her mother’s side grandparents and uncles cousins that could step up to the plate. Chase is getting married and will want to have his own kids and Savannah is busy with her makeup and clothing line and her own love life
That’s why she agreed to do it she will be raising her brother and her niece. No matter what the Chrisley would not want their family broken up no matter.TEAM SAVANAH PRAYERS FOR YOU TO CONTINUE TO BE STRONG.
I think you should just fine Todd and Julie Chrisley and then put them on probation after all they haven’t done nothing that other actors haven’t done it’s just money and I think Chloe should stay with Todd and Julie they are doing a great job in raising her and they do love her which is what all children need to feel. Love and cared for and Kyle your making a big mistake but not having your daughter in ur life Hey Todd from a southern lady u got to know when to hold’em when to fold’em and when to RUN. Lol
Chase is more stable than Savannah he should be first choice to watch over Grayson and Chloe
How can the comments about what is best for Chloe center around placing her with individuals who have barely passed into adulthood themselves? Chloe has another family who can care for her.
Although it is none of our business. I think for Chloe to get through this terrible time in the Chrisley family, she needs to be with what she is familiar with. She knows and loves Savannah as a big sister. Savannah is young, but she is capable of making this happen. Chloe doesn’t even know her bio mother that has issues herself. Chloe would not be in a good place.

well i believe savanah would be best for chloe and there is also the legality of it, if todd and julie in fact adopted chloe her bio parents would have no claim to her
Chloe needs to be with her mother and she needs to know the other side of her family.
Those kids need to all pull together as a family . Chloe belongs with Savannah who is very maternal and mature enough to do it
I love this show. I’m glad it’s back on. I wish nothing but the best for everyone involved. I think Todd and Julie’s punishment was too severe and should be released. it’s awesome to me that Savannah stepped up for Grayson and Cloe. I’m just excited for this new season and more to come for this family
