Was Duggar son-in-law Ben Seewald just spotted with an alcoholic beverage? It looks like Jessa Seewald’s husband is enjoying some kind of a fancy drink. Keep reading to find out what is known and to check out the picture.
If you’re a Duggar fan, you know that the family has some pretty strict rules. Of course, modesty is a big deal for the family. But they also have rules against dancing, drinking alcohol, and much more.
Jill Dillard and Jessa previously told Us that their family does not drink alcohol. However, it looks like Jill sometimes enjoys an adult beverage.
In the past, Ben Seewald hasn’t been known to drink alcohol. Of course, that just means he hasn’t been caught drinking it.
So, it would be quite the surprise if any of the Duggar kids or in-laws was sipping on an adult beverage.

On Facebook, a photo of Ben holding a fancy beverage is making its rounds. You can check out the photo below.
As you can see, Ben Seewald is seated at a table at a restaurant. He’s holding a brightly colored drink in a fancy cup. Beside him is his five-year-old son, Henry.
Over on Reddit, Duggar fans and critics are discussing the picture and trying to determine whether Ben Seewald is breaking a Duggar family rule.
Someone thinks the glass used is a giveaway, saying, “I work at Texas Roadhouse and we legally can’t serve anything else in our glasses intended for alcohol which look like those but I’m in PA so I’m not sure the rules and regulations for alcohol in whatever state they are in!”
One fan weighs in, “It looks like a mango smoothie that the kids are harassing lol.”
Someone else points out, “Two tiny humans are reaching for it and no one seems to be pulling their hands away so my vote is non-alcoholic.”
Of course, there is no way for fans to know what is in the cup. So, nobody knows whether he’s enjoying an adult beverage or just a mocktail. It could also be juice.
