‘Seeking Sister Wife’ Season 4 Episode 3 Recap- June 20
Last week on Seeking Sister Wife, the Merrifields called Bert so she could video chat with Lea. Unfortunately, it turned into a puddle of tears and now Lea is questioning everything. The Epps family was introduced and they have chosen someone they would like to pursue but will keep their hearts open. Nick Davis had his first solo date with Danielle and it ended up back at home in the bedroom. Luckily, his wives were so excited for him that they slept in the guest bedroom. Finally, Steve Foley had a trio date with his wife Brenda and “girlfriend” April but there’s still some tension. Can the two women ever truly connect?
The Epps Family Are Seeking Sister Wife
Marcus is going on a date so his wife, Taryn, and fiancee, India are helping to set up everything. India is not totally on board but she is being as supportive as possible. It is especially hard since Taryn and Marcus have known this woman for a long time but she is trying to trust them. The fear is that the dynamic they have formed will change but it has worked so far. India came in right when Marcus’s grandma passed away so he really needed her. The idea of this new girl is scary but the ladies will know if she is not right. Marcus is taking Bina out for a picnic even though she has never expressed an interest in this lifestyle.
Marcus has to try to convince her that this is a good lifestyle for someone to participate in. He also shares that they are extremely close so they do not do much outside of their family. This may not work for Bina however she does like the idea of being with a man who is openly with other women in front of her. He returns home and shares how great it went but drops the bomb that he invited Bina over the next night. Now he wants to know when he gets to be intimate with her and Taryn thinks it should be organic. India disagrees, wanting the kids involved.
The Merrifields Try To Deal
Garrick sees how hard it is for Bert to know they are with another woman and she is not there with them. It is also difficult for the new woman, Lea but she is hopeful that they can work through it. Lea wants to get to know Garrick in an organic way but it is still hard as she is very bold. Dannielle does not quite know how to handle this just yet. It is dinnertime after a long day and they are getting a chance to chat together. Dannielle likes that Lea can speak her mind which Garrick has noticed. Dannielle is explaining the roles in the home once Bert comes to America. She still is learning English so she may not be able to work just yet.
As for Lea, she works 10 to 12 hours a day so the last thing she wants to do when she gets home is cook and do laundry. This concerns Garrick, thinking he would have a wife who works so much. He tells her to work thirty hours a week which shocks Lea to no end but it’s a red flag for Garrick. A wife should be doing chores and such, being with the family but she wants to go back to school. She is overly ambitious but that is too much for him.
Seeking Sister Wife With The Joneses
Sidian and Tosha are back again to try to find the right one. For Sidian, multiple relationships bring out a different part of himself plus he really loves women. Recently, they moved as one of their children came out as transgender so they wanted to live in a more accepting community. It has been hard to find a second wife for them and last season proved that. Now, they may have found a winner. Her name is Arielle from the Philippines and she is a beauty pageant winner.
Tosha met her through work as she had to travel to the Philippines so she proposed the idea to Arielle. She is very smart and fits the bill for everything they were looking for in a sister wife. They have tried twice to meet up with her in person but it has failed. Plus, she comes from a conservative family but that is also a worry.
The Morning After With Nick And Danielle
Yes, after their first one-on-one date, the two were intimate. After they fell asleep, April and Jennifer climbed into bed as they would with Nick and Danielle. Now it is time for everyone to meet up and talk about what the future holds. That will have to wait for another place and time.
Next week, Bina comes over and there are a lot of questions for her. Lea questions Garrick about how many wives he wants, he says five but she wonders why not six. Sidian decides to go over to the Philippines and finally, the Foleys are trying to figure out how this relationship will work.
