In this season of TLC’s Welcome to Plathville, Kim Plath’s relationship with Barry has been suffering. In one episode, she invited her new friend over for dinner and in another, she is staying in a separate house from her husband.
Now, Kim is giving her daughter, Moriah, some insight into her relationship. In a preview for the Tuesday, June 21 episode of the show, Kim opens up. The mother and daughter are walking on the beach and stop to chat.
Kim says that she and Moriah are in similar places in their lives.
The TLC star explains to her daughter, “I’m really really not happy in our marriage. I want out.”
Moriah says that she didn’t see this coming. Meanwhile, her mother adds that she’s afraid to let the kids down. A divorce would certainly be difficult for the whole family, not just herself and Barry.
