Bachelor couple welcomes cute new family member

Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici have been married since 2014. They met and fell in love on Season 17 of The Bachelor. After nearly a decade of marriage, they are one of the few success stories from the dating competition.

Lowe and Giudici share three children together, Samuel, 5, Isaiah, 4, and daughter Mia, 2.

They are on the fence about having a fourth child.

However, they did recently expand their family. In April, a four-legged fur child joined the family. Sean Lowe took to his Instagram to share the news.

Well, Mia had a nice 2 year run, but that run is now over. Please say hello to my new favorite child, Gus,” he joked in the caption.

Prior to his time on reality TV, Sean Lowe worked as an insurance agent. He was also a college football star back in the day. He first appeared on Emily Maynard’s season of The Bachelorette before headlining his own Bachelor season.

He proposed to Giudici during the season finale and as they say, the rest is history.

Lowe parlayed his reality TV fame into a very successful real estate business in Dallas, Texas.

In April of 2022, the Bachelor couple bought a house in University Park, an affluent neighborhood in Texas. The three-level home features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Dallas News reports that the home was previously owned by Dallas Stars hockey player Shawn Horcoff in 2013 to 2015.

A month after purchasing the home, Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are selling the 6,068-square-foot house. The couple is asking for $5 million.

Built in 2012, the home has undergone renovations. The home now features “stone accents on the walls, wood beams and a statement sliding door,” per Dallas News.

The outlet also describes the home’s spacious living area. “The home’s dining room and living room sit on opposite sides of the foyer.”

The living room has a “fireplace with a detailed mantle.”

Additionally, the home features a butler’s pantry that “connects the dining room to the kitchen and offers extra storage.”

The house’s listing agent calls the home “an entertainer’s house” due to the open floor plan.

The reason for the unexpected sale a mere month after the initial purchase wasn’t disclosed.
