“I’ve noticed that all of the Brown adults have little phrases and words that they favor,” the original Reddit user wrote. “I’ve been making a list, I thought it was a fun thing to do and I’m hoping you guys can give suggestions!”

OP proceeded to write out a list for each adult. They include:

  • Kody — “That’s fun” and “Honor the family and I will love you”
  • Christine — “Polygamy perk”
  • Meri — “This is stupid”
  • Janelle — “Wow,” “autonomy,” “I wasn’t even tracking that conversation”
  • Robyn — “Piture” (Mispronunciation of the word “picture”)

Other zealous fans had plenty of phrases of their own to add to the list. They said Brown family members often say “a rilly big dill” (a mispronunciation of “a really big deal”) and Robyn often says “just sittin’ here.”

What do the Browns think about the new Netflix documentary on polygamy?

Many viewers love the dynamics of the Brown family. Others have been more critical of the Sister Wives stars over the years. And thanks to a new Netflix documentary, the family is probably going to receive more scrutiny.

Keep Sweet: Pray and Obey follows abuse commonly found in polygamist sects of the LDS church. In previous Sister Wives seasons, the Browns denounced abusive forms of plural marriage, especially the kind promoted by the Warren Jeffs cult. However, it’s difficult for outsiders to differentiate between the Brown family’s faith and the Warren Jeffs branch of LDS.

The new documentary may help educate the public on the difference between the two branches. But it may also make the waters murkier and make it harder for the Brown family to publically live their polygamist lifestyle. Only time will tell what happens next.
