Kody Brown just couldn’t keep his family together amid all the moves
Sister Wives fans have always been interested in the Brown family’s dynamics. But in recent years, it really seems like the family has started to break down. So what caused it? Redditors recently explored this in a thread.
“Where/When do you Think the Brown Family ‘Fell Apart’?” the original Reddit poster wrote. “For me, it was season 15-16, when COVID-19 hit, all the control issues, relationship issues, etc. came to a head, and there was no turning back, no pleasantries, nothing. What about you? It’s been bad from the start, sure, but when did the Brown family really dissolve? Thoughts?”
Of course, many Reddit users pointed out that there were a lot of little incidents that led up to the family’s breakdown. It really wasn’t an isolated incident.
“Moving to Flagstaff and not immediately building homes together was the demise,” one Reddit user replied. “When they lived in Vegas, Kody was able to quickly and efficiently go from house to house and wife to wife. The kids could easily maneuver between the houses, hanging out wherever and with whoever they wanted. They were financially more stable and emotionally fulfilled.”
This user went on to say that the move to Flagstaff completely destroyed the family. He stopped trying to treat his wives fairly and started spending all his time with Robyn. And of course, COVID-19 just made things worse from there.
