Isabel is the wife of former Little People, Big World star Jacob Roloff. They have one son, Mateo, who is seven months old.
On social media, Isabel Roloff has been documenting her journey as a mother. Now, she’s learning to accept her mom bod.
Isabel Roloff gets real about her inner critic.
In a new Instagram post on Thursday, June 9, Isabel opened up to fans about her inner critic and showed off her hot mom bod in a swimsuit photo.
Isabel Roloff said that she liked her swimsuit photo when she first looked at it. She felt confident and was proud of her body.
But then, her thoughts turned negative and she felt differently about the photo. She wrote, “My inner critic said awful, mean things and I vowed this would never see the light of day. Well, this is me giving the middle finger to my inner critic 🙂 I feel good. I look good. I am so much more than just my body.”
Then, she added, “Posting this to normalize the fact that we don’t have to necessarily like where our bodies are at, we can want to change, but we can still show up and work on loving ourselves out loud and boldly — like we do others.”

In her Instagram post, Isabel Roloff also included a picture of herself in a black low-cut one-piece bathing suit. The new mom is standing by the pool with a white hat on her head. You can check it out below.
Along with sharing her thoughts and her picture, Isabel writes that it’s “hot mom summer.”
