Lilah Roloff Has Same Condition Jackson Does, Fans Worried?
Little People, Big World fans are worried about Lilah Roloff after seeing her latest appearance. They are concerned that she’s taking after her brother, Jackson, and that she may have more health issues to worry about. Keep reading to get all of the details.
If you’re a Roloff fan, you probably know that Zach and his three kids, Jackson, 5, Lilah, 2, and Josiah, 1 month, all have a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia. The family has been open about their kids’ diagnoses and uses Little People, Big World to raise awareness and advocate, too.
So far, Tori and Zach haven’t shared too many details about Lilah and how dwarfism affects her. But Jackson had surgery back in November to correct his bowing legs. This is common with dwarfism.
Fans didn’t think Lilah’s legs were bowing until they saw a new picture of her. So, now, fans are discussing this and wondering whether she has the same condition as Jackson.

In a new Reddit post, LPBW fans are talking about Lilah Roloff’s latest appearance on social media. Mom Tori recently shared a cute snap of her little girl out in the rain. But the clip she posted made fans wonder if Lilah’s legs are bowed, just like her brother, Jackson’s are.
One fan asks, “Does Lilah have the bowing like her brother? Her one leg looks fine, but the other one looks pretty bowed.” Someone else adds, “It does look like she’ll have some bowing. Wonder if it’ll be to the same extent as her brother’s.”
Another LPBW viewer explains, “I mean she is a LP and is genetically prown to leg bowing especially since her dad had the leg bowing too so it wouldn’t be a big shock of she and Josiah have some leg bowing.”
