It’s been over six months since Lala Kent ended her engagement to Randall Emmett. The reality star broke up with the film producer in October of 2021 after photos surfaced of him with other women. She alleges that she later discovered that he had been sending numerous other women flirty DMs.
In March of 2021, Lala Kent gave birth to a daughter, Ocean. She’s been in a tense custody battle with Randall since the break-up. During a recent appearance on Jeff Lewis’ radio show, she shared an update on the custody battle.

Lala Kent took to Instagram on June 3rd to share a video. In the clip, the Vnaderpump Rules star is in a hospital bed. Is she okay?
It turns out that Kent finally had the breast implant upgrade that she first mentioned back in April. The video was filmed as she was waking up from the anesthesia.
In her groggy state, Lala Kent makes several hilarious sound bites. She immediately asks if she’s the one who farted.
The reality star then complains of feeling groggy, asking for her own bed and Housewives.
In the caption to the post, she jokes that she was telling everyone in the hospital elevator about her surgery.

Before fans could express concern, Lala Kent also explained why her head was in bandages for a breast implant surgery. Why?

Two-for-one? Lala Kent had a second procedure done while she was already under the knife.
According to her Instagram post, the bandage around her head was from ear surgery. She revealed that in addition to the implants, she had her left ear pinned back.
