WWE NXT 2.0 5/31: 3 Must-See Moments, Full Results
WWE NXT 2.0 put on their go-home show heading into In Your House this Saturday night. Cameron Grimes battles Nathan Frazier in the main event. Tony D’Angelo and Santos Escobar upped their stakes for their match this weekend. Mandy Rose’s bad attitude resulted in a table crashing. WWE NXT: 3 Must-See Moments
Sit-Down: Tony D’Angelo and Santos Escobar
The final sitdown between Tony D’Angelo and Santos Escobar took place on a boat prior to In Your House. The tension has been high on both sides, however, Escobar and D’Angelo were able to come to a peaceful agreement. The original match was scheduled between the two leaders of each faction, however, that is no longer the case. D’Angelo offered an amendment and challenged LDF to a six-man tag team match. The stipulation is that the losers of the match must join the rival family at their discretion. The match was agreed to with high stakes taking place at In Your House.
Women’s Championship Summit
Mandy Rose has led Toxic Attraction as the WWE NXT Women’s Champion in 2022 and has done so in dominating fashion. Despite this, fan-favorite Wendy Choo has made Rose’s life on NXT a nightmare with constant trolling. During the go-home show of NXT 2.0, a contract signing was set up between the two. Rose appeared as if she was trying to avoid signing the contract, but the pressure got to her. With the fans cheering for Wendy, the remaining members of Toxic Attraction were cut off by Kayden and Katana. In response, Rose was driven through a table by a Choo elbow drop.

Grimes’ Tall Order
In the main event of WWE NXT, Cameron Grimes got a hard-fought victory over Nathan Frazier. While Crimes had the win, he was attacked by his opponent at In Your House. Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams rushed into the ring after the match, however, Grimes was able to fight them off. The show went off the air with Grimes holding his title high and staring down the duo in the aisle way.
