Kim Kardashian Fights To Steal Kylie Jenner’s Thunder
Kim Kardashian just announced a brand new business she is launching! She has created a skincare line called SKNN BY KIM. Sound familiar? Her sister owns Kylie Skin. Will this create a fight between the two sisters?

In a new Instagram post, Kim Kardashian is announcing some pretty exciting news. After shutting down a few of her businesses for a rebrand, Kim is actually starting a whole new one! on June 21 a new skincare line by The Kardashians star will hit the internet.
She shared a series of photos on her social media to make the big announcement.
“I’m excited to finally introduce to you SKKN BY KIM, a rejuvenating nine-product skincare ritual that I have developed from start to finish. I’ve been so privileged to learn about skin and skin care over the years from the world’s top dermatologists and estheticians, and every bottle from my new line is filled with the knowledge I’ve accumulated along the way,” Kim starts the caption to the photos.

While this seems very exciting for Kim, it also seems a bit odd. Her little sister, Kylie Jenner is the owner of Kylie Skin, her own skincare line. While it has several more products than just the nine Kim is launching, it still seems like there could be some cross-over. Kylie launched Kylie Skin in 2019 so it has had a few years to gain a following.
Which will be better?
Of course, there’s no way to tell which sister will have the better products until Kim comes out with hers and they can be tested side by side. However, Kim seems to be one step ahead when it comes to environmental issues. In fact, she also announced in her post that her packaging will be refillable.
It also uses ‘science-backed ingredients’ so that all skin types, no matter how mature, can use them. Kylie’s products seem to be geared more towards younger skin.
“You will experience refillable packaging, and clean, science-backed ingredients designed to nourish all skin types, tones, and textures at all stages of maturity. I created this line so that everyone can feel confident in their skin, and I can’t wait to finally be able to share it with you!” she writes in the caption of her post.

This isn’t the first time…
This actually isn’t the first time the two have competed. Kim came out with KKW Beauty, her makeup line, in 2017. This is three years after Kylie Jenner launches Kylie Cosmetics. However, by peaking at the comments on Kim’s post, the family doesn’t seem too upset about it. Both Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner commented showing Kim their support.
“I’M SO PROUD OF YOU!!! I’m so excited for everyone to experience this amazing line of gorgeous products!!!!! 😍❤️👏,” Kris Jenner writes.
Kylie joins in adding several heart-eye emojis. So, it seems if there is any beef between the sisters, they aren’t going to let anyone know.
