Ms. Juicy Baby from Little Women: Atlanta is finally back home and ready to begin the healing process after suffering from a stroke. She has been hospitalized since the end of April. Keep reading to find out what she has revealed in her latest health update.

‘Little Women: Atlanta’ Star Is Back At Home

Shirlene Pearson, better known as “Ms. Juicy Baby” from Little Women: Atlanta is finally back home and ready to heal. The reality television star was hospitalized on April 28 after suffering from a stroke, which led to a brain bleed.

On Friday, the 50-year-old posted to Instagram to give her fans a quick update. “I just wanted to let you guys know that I am back,” Pearson said. “I’m not at 100 percent but I am still healing. This is a video to let all my fans, all my supporters, to let you guys know that I have been released from the hospital. I am at home.”

Fans hopped in to wish her well. One comment read, “Thank god you’re okay baby!! ♥️♥️ love you.”

Her video went on to explain a little bit about what has happened to her over the last month. Pearson stated that the brain bleeds caused extensive memory loss. “The way it affected me, I couldn’t remember anything,” she explained. Then she went on to say that she couldn’t remember anything and she is still not permitted to drive for some time. Now, Pearson explained, she has to relearn to do a lot of things she once took for granted.

Long Road To Recovery Ahead For Ms. Juicy Baby

Since she suffered from the stroke and subsequent brain bleed, Ms. Juicy Baby has been through a lot. Her videos on social media talked about her time in ICU, where she was fed through a tube until she could learn to swallow again. She has been in speech therapy as well because the episode caused her to lose many of her motor skills. Walking, talking, and eating have all become a challenge for Pearson.

“I have to learn how to do a lot of things all over again, even brushing my teeth, things that we take for granted, that we think just come natural,” she said in her Instagram video. “I was about to have a fit when I was in the hospital because I couldn’t even drink my water.”

In addition to providing fans with an update, Pearson took some time to thank all of the people who have supported her through this health crisis. Some individuals have even contributed to her GoFundMe campaign to help cover medical bills. She explained that she hasn’t been able to work or do anything for over a month. Pearson added, “I can’t even really say ‘Ms. Juicy Baby’ the way I usually say.”

However, she hasn’t lost any of her passion or drive. Pearson stated that it may have slowed her down, but she’ll be back at 100% when the time is right. There is a long road to recovery ahead for the Little Women: Atlanta star and now that she’s been released from the hospital, she’s ready to get started.
