Becca Tilley Reveals Taylor Swift’s Involvement In Hayley Kiyoko Relationship
Becca Tilley finally revealed her four-year relationship to the world after JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers got married. It turns out her relationship has been with singer Hayley Kiyoko. The two met and fell in love very fast. Plus, it seems Taylor Swift actually had a role in their relationship. Keep reading to find out what it is.
Becca Tilley reveals Taylor Swift’s role in relationship
E!News shared what Becca Tilley had to say about Taylor Swift’s involvement in her relationship with Hayley. At the beginning of their relationship, Becca and Hayley didn’t go public. In fact, Becca waited four years to confirm publicly that she was in love with a woman.
However, Becca has been quick to point out that she wasn’t hiding Hayley she simply kept it private. She noted there is a huge distinction between the two and one she wanted to be clear on. Becca’s sister is into girls so there was no doubt her family would be accepting of her new relationship.
But, for a while nobody outside of her inner circle knew about Hayley. It seems one weekend Becca flew out to Boston to see Hayley perform. It just so happened she was performing with Taylor Swift. After the show, Becca was able to meet the superstar in her dressing room.
Becca said, “When I was thinking about it.” She continued, “I was, like, I think that was the first person who knew outside of my friends and family.”
She went on to say that talking to Taylor was like talking to a friend. Becca said it’s really cool to know that Taylor Swift was the first one to know about her and Hayley other than family and close friends. She said, “I thought that was a really cool thing because obviously Taylor Swift stan forever.”

Her relationship with Hayley
The couple decided to go public with their four-year relationship when Hayley released her new video “For the Girls.” The video was made to look like a gay version of The Bachelorette. Becca appeared in the video and then shortly after she launched their relationship.
She knew she’d have a lot of support. However, Becca noted she was not prepared for the amount of love she got from fans everywhere.
Becca said, “Hayley has really made me feel brave.” She continued, “and she was always like, ‘People are going to love you. People love you and they want to see you happy.'”
