This Post From Anna Duggar Didn’t Age Well, Here’s Why
Another one of 19 Kids & Counting star Anna Duggar’s old social media posts has resurfaced online. And once again, this has not aged well. Keep reading to find out what she said and what happened.
Since Josh Duggar was arrested over a year ago, fans and critics have been digging up old social media posts, 19 Kids & Counting clips, and more. Much of this content simply hasn’t aged very well. There are plenty of things that Anna has said or done over time that might have seemed fine at the time.
But now that Josh has been arrested and found guilty on child pornography charges, they have aged terribly. For example, a few years ago, Anna posted a birthday message to Josh, talking about their future. She mentioned being excited about the next phase in their lives. Now, we know that prison time is actually in Josh’s future while Anna raises their seven children solo.

Anna Duggar’s old post resurfaces online.
On May 17, 2015, almost exactly seven years ago, Anna posted a quote about forgiveness. The Duggar daughter-in-law posted the quote with no caption or commentary. You can see the post below.
It reads:
“The three most beautiful and liberating words in the English language are these: ‘I forgive you.'”
The quote is from Lon Solomon.
After several scandals, Anna Duggar continued to forgive her husband. Now, he’s being convicted of a disgusting crime. Might things be different for Josh and Anna if she hadn’t forgiven him all of those other times?
On Reddit, Duggar fans and critics are discussing the post and saying how ironic it is. One user jokes, “Well that aged like a Duggar hairline.”
Some users point out that there are some situations where forgiveness cannot be given. It looks like Anna brushed off Josh’s molestation scandal, Ashley Madison scandal, and many other things. But now, things have gotten much worse. Now, she’s raising seven kids on her own while her husband spends up to 20 years behind bars.
