‘Welcome To Plathville’: Moriah & Max Relationship Status Update
On prior seasons of Welcome to Plathville, TLC viewers had a chance to watch Moriah Plath and Max Kallschmidt’s relationship develop. It looked like things were going well with the young couple. But where are they today? Are they still dating?

On Tuesday, May 17, the Plath family returned to TLC. As the new season kicked off, Moriah briefly discussed what happened with Max.
She explained, “Max called me one night and just said he made a mistake. I am not going to go into details.”
The Welcome to Plathville star is clearly heartbroken. She added, “It hurts really bad, especially when you think that you’ve found the one and you had all these plans of forever and that turns out to not be true.”
What is Moriah & Max’s relationship status?
It looks like Moriah and Max are currently broken up.
As we reported, Max Kallschmidt hopped on YouTube to share his side of the story with fans. This video was released in February. He admitted that he ended up meeting another girl while he was out with a friend. He claimed that they didn’t do anything intimate. However, he and Moriah ended up breaking up anyway.
Fans are unsure what they should believe, partially because they haven’t heard every side of the story just yet. While Max claims he didn’t do anything with the woman he met, Moriah seems to be pretty hurt by whatever happened.
From social media, it looks like this former couple is still separated. At this point, Moriah hasn’t shared her full side of the story because it is so heavy for her. More details may be revealed this season on Welcome to Plathville, or they may keep some of the situation private.
