‘Below Deck’ Season 10 Is A Special One, Here’s Why

Below Deck Season 10 officially has been renewed. The original franchise will set sail in Fall 2022. On Thursday, May 12, Bravo announced the return of Below Deck and Below Deck Mediterranean. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, the official cast for Season 7 of Below Deck Med leaked online. Most fans are relieved to see that Malia White won’t be reprising her role as boatswain.

She is taking a step back from the reality series. Instead, she wants to focus on the yachting industry outside of the entertainment world. She is working her way up to become a captain. Meanwhile, Eddie Lucas confirmed that he won’t be returning to the show.

The Below Deck franchise is still going strong

The previous seasons of Below Deck have shown crews onboard the Eros, Honor, Ohana, My Seanna, and Valor. Lee Rosbach has served as the show’s original captain since the beginning. Fans are looking forward to his return. The series was renewed for a 10th season earlier this month.

Below Deck Season 10 will be a special one since it’s hitting a major milestone. It will celebrate 10 years of being part of the Bravo family. While the reality series wasn’t an initial hit at first, it eventually became a cult classic, especially with its spinoff series like Below Deck Med, Below Deck Sailing Yacht, and Below Deck Down Under.

There are even more spinoffs to come. Bravo announced that the new series Below Deck Adventure will air sometime in autumn 2022. It’s likely that it will air around the same time. Or, it’s also possible that it could stream on Peacock like Below Deck Down Under is right now.

The new series will focus on the glacial waters of Norway. Charter guests book an epic yacht trip to go dog sledding, heli-skiing, and plunging into the cold Scandinavian waters. It’s unlike anything that viewers have seen before. The other spinoff series takes place in warmer locations.

Below Deck Season 10 premiere date?

Bravo has not announced a premiere date for Below Deck Season 10. Captain Sandy Yawn shared the news with fans. Most of them are looking forward to their regular shows back. However, some of them are disappointed over the news that Eddie won’t be featured in the upcoming season.

He talked about his time on the show and revealed that he was “not invited back.” Eddie may have also burned bridges with Bravo when he revealed that the cast doesn’t make as much as the Real Housewives franchises. Some critics think he shouldn’t bite the hand that feeds him.
