‘MAFS’ Alyssa Ellman Regrets Behavior Towards Chris Collette?
MAFS Season 14 bride Alyssa Ellman was pretty much deemed the villain of the season. She didn’t give her new husband Chris Collette a chance at all. She was instantly not attracted to him and basically made zero efforts to even get to know him. Alyssa did not make many fans during her short time on the show. They divorced very early on in the process after she refused to live with him but still thought she should get to experience the apartment arrangements. Does she have any regrets? MAFS Alyssa Ellman has regrets?
Alyssa Ellman made waves during Season 14 during her short marriage to Chris Collette. Now that the season is over, does she have any regrets about her behavior?
US Weekly shared a sneak peek about what will go down during part two of the reunion episode of MAFS. In the clip, fans can see Alyssa say that she came into the process with the purest intentions.
She went on to say, “I wanted to find my person more than anything.” Alyssa continued, When it didn’t work out for me, I panicked, and I didn’t handle myself the way I would have liked. And I’m sorry for that.”
Alyssa said she does regret her behavior towards Chris. However, she doesn’t regret going on the show. She said, “But looking back now, I’m grateful for the things that I’ve learned.” She continued, “I just want everyone to know that I came into that for the right reasons.”
She explains further but avoids question
Alyssa was asked by the host if she didn’t give her new husband a fair chance. She wouldn’t answer with a straight yes or no. Instead, Alyssa says, “I wish there was things that I didn’t say because of the mental state that I was in. I didn’t feel like it was right, right away. I saw him and yes, he was not my physical type when I saw him. But there was things that happened besides the physical attraction that made me feel that way, that really upset me.”

She went on to say that spending time with his three groomsmen also opened her eyes and revealed things about Chris that she didn’t like. To her, they were red flags. Alyssa said they did not share core values or beliefs. She said, “I was bawling my eyes out. It was horrible.”
To this day she doesn’t believe she and Chris are compatible.
