Where did Lawson & Tiffany Bates tie the knot?
Lawson and Tiffany were surrounded by their friends and family on a yacht in San Diego, California as they tied the knot. Leading up to the wedding, the couple spilled some of the details, including the city they would be getting married in. However, they didn’t reveal it was going to be on a yacht ahead of time.

Bringing Up Bates fans react to the cost of the venue.
On Reddit, a Bates fan did some digging and found the company that Lawson and Tiffany booked their venue through. They posted a link to the website where Lawson and Tiffany Bates booked the California Spirit yacht.
One user discovered that the yacht costs $4,200 an hour for a weekday wedding. They also confirmed, “Food and drinks were extra. Food started at $65 a person.”
Fans are curious about how the wedding was paid for. Many agree that this is a pricey venue. Plus, the small size of the boat made for a smaller guest list, which is rare in the Bates family.
In the past, the Bates family has had money from their show on UPtv, which helped them pay for vacations, weddings, and much more. However, now that the show is over, that money is no longer coming in. But as mentioned, this isn’t necessarily a cheap venue.
Traditionally, the bride’s family pays for the wedding day expenses, so maybe Tiffany’s parents threw a lot of money into this venue.
