Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker Married: Italian Wedding Soon
Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian are officially married. This time, it is not just for show or practice. TMZ was the first to break the news of the couple’s nuptials.
Kourtney Kardashian’s History Of Love
Though Kourtney and Travis have been friends for a very long time, it took time for it to turn into love. Prior to them coupling up, Kourt was in a long-term relationship with Scott Disick. The two were on and off for some time as his partying ways and possible infidelity were both issues. In 2009, they welcomed their first son, Mason with two children following. Unfortunately, they realized they were not compatible and ended it for good. He always seemingly harbored feelings for her but she moved on with other men. As for Travis, he was married to model/actress Shanna Moakler.
They starred in the MTV reality series Meet the Barkers and had two children Landon and Alabama. The two ended up divorcing but reconciled after a near-fatal plane crash that almost took Trav’s life. It never worked for them and at the end of 2020, Travis and Kourt finally got together. They claimed to be each other’s soul mates and never stopped making out. Their love was on fire for everyone to see. Finally, in October 2021, Travis proposed to Kourtney with a custom ring. Their proposal and the road to engagement had been documented on the Hulu series, The Kardashians.
Going To The Chapel
Last month, Kourtney Kardashian made headlines for allegedly marrying Travis in Las Vegas. There were a bunch of questions about a prenup and if they even had one ready. However, it turned out to be just a practice wedding. Now, they have officially sealed the deal. According to TMZ, the two got married in Santa Barbara. For anyone questioning the validity of the marriage, they did have the legal paperwork, unlike in Las Vegas. As for their attire, Travis wore a traditional black tuxedo while Kourtney had on a white dress that stopped at the knees.
They had a getaway car with a sign that read “JUST MARRIED.” No word on who from their family was actually there aside from Kourt’s grandma MJ and Trav’s father. Down the road, they would like to have a lavish Italian wedding. For now, they are seemingly going to be happy legally being man and wife. In the most recent episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney did the worst thing she claimed she had ever done. She broke her engagement ring. Travis was super cool about it and all was right once again. Congrats to the happy couple.
