Mama June Says Alana’s New Beau Needs Improvement?
Mama June Shannon is working on her estranged relationship with her daughters. She is seeing that her youngest Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson is not so little anymore. This means she is dating and currently has a serious boyfriend. So, what is one thing that she feels he could work on?
Mama June Is Back And Ready To Make It Right
Growing it in the Shannon/Thompson household, much of the focus was on Alana. She was the pageant tot and always said the quirkiest things. It was because of her appearances on Toddlers and Tiaras that her family was able to land Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. Along with her mama, her father, and her sisters, they made up a very eclectic family. Living next to the train tracks, their whole lives could be disturbed at any time of day. Viewers tuned in to see this literal trainwreck of a family who would say and do the most outlandish things. Mama June would stand in the kitchen, guzzling honey out of the plastic bear.
Unfortunately, the show was canceled after four seasons. Mama and her partner Sugar Bear went on to try to rectify their relationship on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. However, he confessed to being unfaithful and it just crumbled. This led her to seek a full-body makeover and land a whole new television show. The magic could not last forever and June ended up getting heavily involved in drugs. Alana went to live with her sister Pumpkin, her husband, and their daughter. Now, June is back and better than ever so she is trying to be more involved. This includes having an opinion on Alana’s dating life.
How He Can Do Better
This season of Mama June: Road to Redemption will show a lot. One person viewers will meet is Alana’s boyfriend, Dralin Carswell. He is twenty years old while Alana turns seventeen in the summer. Though him being twenty is not really an issue for Mama, she opened up to Entertainment Tonight about what is.”They’ve been together over a year. He’s good. He needs to hold down a job a little bit more. I mean, he’s not bad. He doesn’t treat her bad or anything like that.”
She did not elaborate on what that meant further or if he is currently in school. There is not much known about Dralin at the moment other than he and Alana seem very happy together.”They’re [young] and they’ve been together over a year. So, if they last? Fine. If they don’t, it can be her first love,” Mama concluded. As long as Alana is in a good place in her life, that is truly all that matters.

Like Mama June can talk I mean look at Gino they were addicted to drugs & she didn’t care about her kids then. Alana has done great living with Pumpkin & Josh let her be. She seems very happy with him.
