Josh Duggar’s Cousin Amy King Prays For ‘Ultimate Sentence’
Josh Duggar’s cousin Amy King is once again speaking out about his case. This time, she’s praying for justice and hoping he gets the “ultimate sentence.” Scroll down to check out what Amy has to say these days after new information has been released.
Amy is the daughter of Deanna Duggar, who is Jim Bob’s sister. Over the years, Amy and Deanna made appearances on the Duggar family’s shows, 19 Kids & Counting and Counting On.
However, more recently, Amy and Deanna have both been speaking out against their famous family.
Since Josh was arrested on child pornography charges in the spring of 2021, both women have shared their thoughts with fans. They have also made it clear that they didn’t know about many of the things going on behind the scenes in the Duggar family’s home.
As Josh Duggar’s sentencing date approaches, Amy has more to say about the whole situation. Now, she’s hopeful he will receive a lengthy sentence of 20 or more years.
Amy King is disgusted by the newly released details of Josh Duggar’s case.
On her Instagram stories on Thursday, May 12, Amy thanked her followers for reaching out. Then, she asked everyone not to send the “sick details of Josh Duggar’s case.” She said she’s trying not to read that content to “protect my mind and my heart.”
She then warned her followers about what may happen if they choose to read the graphic details, adding, “You’ll just never be the same.”
Amy King is hopeful her cousin will get the ‘ultimate sentence.’
Then, Amy added one more slide, which reads, “I will continue to shine a light in the most darkest areas. Please just pray that Josh Duggar will be given the ultimate sentence. 20+ years.”
This week, more information about the case were released, likely prompting these messages from fans. Some members of the Duggar family, as well as friends, wrote letters to the prosecution about Josh’s character. These letters were written in hopes of giving Josh a lesser sentence.

Amy’s mother, Deanna Duggar, also spoke about “horrendous lies” and appeared to be firing shots at her famous family.
