‘Bringing Up Bates’ Fans Disappointed In Alyssa Webster’s Dress: Why?

On Instagram, Alyssa often posts photos of her little family. Typically, fans get a peek at their church clothes when they post family photos together outside of their church.
Alyssa and her husband, John Webster, share four young girls, Allie, Lexi, Zoey, and Maci. Of course, Bringing Up Bates fans love the little girls and are always gushing over their cute outfits. Somehow, while getting their whole family out of the door, Alyssa manages to get everyone in coordinating colors.
In this photo, it looks like all four of Alyssa’s daughters are wearing the same exact dress.
The mother of four captioned her post, “Love this little family of mine 🤍”
Bringing Up Bates fans think something is missing.
In a new submission to the Duggar Bates Confessions page on Instagram, fans are talking about how something appears to be missing from Alyssa’s dress.
The confession reads, “I thought this was a midriff cutout and part of me is disappointed that it’s not.”
As you can see in the photo below, there is a nude-colored ribbon or belt around Alyssa’s waist. It almost looks as if she’s wearing a separate crop top with a skirt, rather than a dress with a belt.
One fan comments, “It would look so much better if it was.”
One Bringing Up Bates fan points out that the photo was taken outside of a church. So, even if Alyssa would wear something that shows off her midriff, she wouldn’t do so in front of a church.
While some fans don’t think Alyssa would ever show off her midriff, someone else says, “She was in a sports bra and leggings not long ago so I could see her wearing something like that!”
