Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer couple Steven McBee and Calah Jackson have split. Steven went to Instagram to share the update with fans. Calah reposted what Steven shared.
He began the post by saying that he wanted to address concerns and questions people have had in regards to him and Calah. Steven said that unfortunately he and Calah have “mutually decided” to end their relationship.
Steven noted it is not easy and that he and Calah really did try to make things work out between them. He said, “Sadly we are two different people who just couldn’t make our lives work together.”
He noted that relationships are already hard without the added pressure of starting on reality tv. Steven said starting a relationship off as theirs did makes things 100 times harder.
Steven continued, “Obviously with any breakup, there are intense emotions on each side, but I will not be getting into a war of words or making any further comments on anything between us out of respect for her and the relationship we had.”
He went on to say that Calah is an amazing woman and he is grateful to have met her and have been able to date her.
Steven said, “Great memories and learning lessons I’ll carry with me forever.”
Thanking followers
Steven went on to thank all of their followers for their support as a couple and now as singles once again. He asked that everyone please respect their privacy as they go through this split.
Steven also noted that it’s not necessary to message them pictures of each other doing whatever they may be doing. He said it’s not helpful to them or to anyone else going through a breakup. He noted it’s not making anyone feel better and should be stopped.
Steven said helping someone through a split is showing them positive aspects and lifting them up. He nor Calah deserve negative energy.
While they weren’t able to make their love last, they tried and even recently purchased a home together in Kansas City. Steven of course still has his house at the farm as well.
Positive vibes are being sent to Steven and Calah.
