What Is When Calls The Heart Season 9, Episode 11 About?
Hearties, we are at the final two episodes of When Calls The Heart Season 9! The eleventh episode is called “Smoke On The Water.”
According to the Hallmark synopsis, Henry Gowen (Martin Cummins) has decided to take matters into his own hands. What is going on with him? Turns out, the mine is going to open and soon.
He wants to make sure that the mine never reopens again. Therefore, he does everything in his power to prevent that very thing from happening.
As for the love birds, things are strained. Lucas (Chris McNally) and Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) are having a communication breakdown. Lucas needs to clear his head so he skips town.
What does Elizabeth think of that?

Hearties who just watched When Calls The Heart “Never Say Never” may still have a few questions after that action-packed episode.
First, when is Lee (Kavan Smith) going to find out that he is going to be a father. Rosemary (Pascale Hutton) told her best pal Elizabeth, but she is hesitating on telling her beloved husband. She just doesn’t want him to be disappointed.
How she tells him could and should be pretty special.
Next, what about Lucas? he is going to be headed out of town this upcoming week. Why does he need to clear his head? Is the pressure from Wyman Walden (Wesley Salter) and everything else becoming too much for him?
He has always dreamed of a stable life, living in a community like Hope Valley. Is this life not living up to his dreams?
What about Mayor Hickam (Ben Rosenbaum)? He also headed straight outta town when the pressure became more intense. Can he find the strength within himself to help lead Hope Valley out of this difficult situation? The townspeople now need good leadership.
Lastly, what about Bill Avery (Jack Wagner)? His cough seems to be persistent. Coughing blood is certainly an indication of something very seriously wrong with him. If anyone should be going out of town, it is Bill–to get X-rays! Dr. Carter asked him to do this, but he has yet to find out how serious his condition is.
