Kody Brown is arguably the most hated member of the TLC family. (Though, Jason Korpi of Unexpected may actually have him beat in that category at the moment. That is, assuming you consider Jason to be a man. Most Unexpected fans would argue Jason is a child.)
The question Sister Wives fans have is simple. How did Kody Brown get to be such a toxic, hateful, and controlling man? According to Screen Rant, some fans believe the TLC star might actually suffer from “Napoleon Complex.” For those unfamiliar with what that means, keep reading and we’ll explain.
What is a Napoleon Complex?
According to HISTORY.com, this complex was named after Napoleon Bonaparte. Napoleon was a very small man and he was known for having a very short-fused temper. Many suspected his small stature played a contributing role in his aggressive and explosive behavior. Sister Wives fans couldn’t help but notice that Kody Brown’s personality matches with Napoleon Bonaparte. And, anyone that has a similar personality to Napoleon has been accused of suffering from the Napoleon Complex.
Kody Brown’s Kids Tower Over Him?
Fans feel that Kody feels like a tiny man on the inside. His children don’t need or respect him. His wives are independent and don’t listen to him. Where did Ysabel Brown get her 5’ll status? Brother Paedon Brown towers over his sister and dad at a whopping at 6’4. Suffice to say Paedon nor Ysabel got all that height from Kody. Recently, divorced mom Christine Brown is 5’7 so most likely it came from her statuesque side of the family.
Was Kody Brown always this hateful and toxic?
As TvShowsAce has previously reported, Sister Wives fans believe they know why Kody Brown has a rage monster on his back. Turns out, he wasn’t always such a monster. But, there was a noticeable point in time when he began to unravel. Fans believe it was after he started taking testosterone supplements. Fans believe the side effects of the supplements turned him into an angry and hateful person. Furthermore, fans believe it gradually got worse over time.
