GAC Announces ‘The Christmas Farm’ Starring Jill Wagner, Cameron Mathison
On Wednesday, GAC Family announced that Cameron Mathison and Jill Wagner will be starring in a 2022 movie.

Jill Wagner & Cameron Mathison Starring In GAC Family Christmas Movie
On Wednesday, GAC Media sent TV Shows Ace a press release sharing the news that Jill Wagner (Mystery 101, Lioness), and Cameron Mathison (General Hospital, Hannah Swensen Mysteries) will be starring in The Christmas Farm. Originally, the movie was called Homestead for Christmas.
According to the synopsis, Janie (Wagner) lives in The Big Apple. Yes, Janie is a rising marketing executive living the dream in New York City.
However, when her Great-Uncle Randall dies, she needs to return home to Woodland Falls. Moreover, Janie was not prepared for his unexpected gift. Janie, the last remaining relation has inherited the family homestead. This is where Janie grew up.
Although Janie is not exactly sure what she will do with her childhood home, she will plan and host the annual Winter Wonderland. This is Randall’s final request and gift to the Woodland Falls people he so loved.
In addition, realizing that Janie would be overwhelmed, Randall has even arranged for some help. He has designated that his farmhand, Dylan (Mathison) is to help Janie at the event. This makes sense as the annual Winter Wonderland is always held at the “sprawling” barn.
Janie is dealing with quite a dilemma. Her big-city boyfriend is waiting for her to return home so that they can spend Christmas on the beach. Yet, Janie starts to remember what it was like living in Woodland Falls. Moreover, she feels that perhaps her life is more authentic and meaningful at the homestead where she grew up.
Filming Is Just Starting For The Christmas Farm
On Wednesday, Jill Wagner went to Instagram to share that will be starring in the upcoming GAC Family Christmas movie. She also used this to mention someone very special in her life.
She wrote, “Thank you @gactv for believing in me as an actor and producer and allowing me the opportunity to work for and with you. I’m excited to work along side my buddy @cameronmathison! These sweet little Christmas stories are what my precious grandmother loved the most and I will continue to do them as long as I can in her honor.”
Candace Cameron Bure commented, “Congratulations!!! Gorgeous lady!! I guess I’ll have to wait for @cameronmathison next year 😂🎄” Sounds like CCB better get cracking to find that special someone to lead with her in her first GAC Family Christmas movie.
Jill and Cameron Mathison are just getting started filming this new Christmas movie in North Bay. They each starred in a GAC Family Christmas movie in 2021. Jill starred in A Christmas Miracle For Daisy. Cameron starred in A Kindhearted Christmas.
