Becca Kufrin Offers Advice On Surviving A Breakup
Former Bachelorette Becca Kufrin has had her fair share of heartbreak. It’s tough enough when someone goes through a breakup privately. However, for Becca, she’s gone through some public splits that the general public can witness for the most part. Now that she’s happy and in love with Thomas Jacobs, she’s offering up some advice for her fans on surviving those tough times.
Becca Kufrin shares advice for surviving heartbreak
Bachelor Nation shared what Becca Kufrin had to say about how to navigate through the tough times following a breakup. After what she has endured she feels she’s somewhat of a pro. So, what does Becca say to do after a split?
Becca said, “Once the relationship has ended, leave it in the past. Don’t keep going through old photos or keep creeping on them on social media. Also, get rid of anything that reminds of that person. Burn it, toss it in the trash, leave it in the past.”
She went on to say, “Give yourself time to heal and go through the emotions. Don’t feel bad about feeling sad and down some days. I actually even made a list a while ago of things I like to do or things that have helped me when going through a breakup. It’s a very traumatic experience in life.”
Becca made it through those hard days and found the one she believes she is supposed to be with. Her ex-fiance Garrett Yrigoyen has also moved on and is happy.

Fans can’t wait to see these two lovebirds get engaged. In fact, Thomas hinted that the big proposal could happen sometime this year. He won’t admit if he already has a ring but he did say that he knows exactly what Becca wants.
Thomas also said he will not be proposing in public. His proposal to Becca will be intimate and private. She’s had the public proposal and Thomas wants this to just be about the two of them.
Becca and Thomas recently helped Tia Booth and Taylor Mock get engaged. Perhaps that got them more excited for their own engagement.
Hopefully, it won’t be too long because these two just click. They met on Bachelor in Paradise last summer. They didn’t leave together but reunited shortly after leaving Mexico.
They’ve been happy, together, and in love ever since.
