If you’re a longtime fan of the Duggars, you might have heard people talking about how creepy or awkward Jim Bob is. There have been plenty of “gross” moments shown on TLC. Over the years, fans have called him out for making questionable decisions when it comes to parenting and other aspects of his life, too.
But until now, there hasn’t been too much talk about Jim Bob Duggar’s shady actions.
Is Jim Bob Duggar not so trustworthy after all?
Over on Reddit, Duggar snarkers are talking about Jim Bob’s real estate license and how he doesn’t seem to be putting it to use. Jim Bob, Michelle, and several of their kids hold realtor’s licenses. But fans haven’t seen too much about their careers for some reason.
This topic came up because Jill and Derick Dillard recently revealed that they are moving. They didn’t list their house for sale with the help of any Duggar realtors though, which some snarkers found odd. However, one Reddit user thinks they know the truth about this.
They write, “It’s because they’re not actually practicing real estate agents. They’re just licensed so JimBob can sneakily shift properties around amongst them to dodge taxes and avoid involving industry professionals.”
Someone else chimes in that this “makes sense. I don’t think I’ve seen any of them actually sell homes.”
Critics seem to think that Jim Bob could very well be up to some shady business and that’s why he needs his realtor’s license.
