Amazon Freevee Releases ‘Bosch: Legacy’ Extended Trailer, Premiere Date
Back in 2013, Amazon premiered Bosch. Now, they are premiering their new free network with the highly anticipated spinoff, Bosch: Legacy.

What Is Bosch: Legacy About?
According to The Futon Critic, in this first season of Bosch: Legacy, we see Harry Bosch (Welliver) transition from LAPD detective into a private investigator.
This sets him up with his first job looking into a potential heir. He meets ailing billionaire Whitney Vance (William Devane). Whoever is the heir will stand to inherit billions, and that means there are some bad actors in powerful places trying to prevent the detective from finding the true heir. A billion-dollar inheritance is pretty hefty.
Now that Harry doesn’t have a badge, he has to go the tech route. He doesn’t even know what Google is, so he finds someone who can help him out. That is Maurice “Mo” Bassi (Stephen A. Chang). The two are an unlikely pair, but both are committed to justice and enjoy smooth jazz.
Meanwhile, Honey “Money” Chandler (Mimi Rogers) is still trying to deal with Carl Rogers’ (Michael Rose) mistrial. She wants justice. He almost killed her.
Therefore, former adversaries Honey and Bosch, are now a team. Added to their obstacles, the Russian Bratva is after Rogers. Carl made promises the cannot keep. Good thing Harry likes to do things off the book and get things done.
Meanwhile, in the extended preview, Maddie (Madison Lintz) is now a rookie patrol officer with the LAPD. She wants to be like her father. Moreover, Maddie is paired with Reina Vasquez (Denise Sanchez). He is not like her father. He is “no-nonsense.”
Now, Maddie is at a career crossroads. Does she continue to value doing things by a moral code, or does she just do a job, without caring if the right guy is taken down?
When Does Bosch: Legacy Premiere On Amazon Freevee?
The new Titus Welliver-led series premieres on Friday, May 6. The first four episodes are released that day. Then on subsequent Fridays, through May 27, Amazon Freevee will release two new episodes.
