Maurissa Gunn Talks Finding Love After Riley Christian
Maurissa Gunn made headlines in Bachelor Nation when she took Riley Christian to the boom boom room on their first date. The two were inseparable after that. In fact, Bachelor in Paradise ended with an engagement between them on the Season 7 finale. Things didn’t work out and they decided to go their separate ways. Now, she’s dishing on if she’s ready for love again.

Bachelor Nation shared what Maurissa Gunn had to say about how she is doing following her split from Riley Christian. Is she ready for love again?
Now that a few months have passed since she and Riley ended their engagement, Maurissa says she is ready for love again.
She said, “I want Bachelor Nation to know that I’m still looking for love. Love is the most important thing to me. I want a husband. Seriously, it sucks!”
Maurissa continued, “It really sucks, coming out of an experience where you think everyone is looking for that. Especially when you think you found it, like a ring on your finger and everything.”
Plus, she still believes in The Bachelor process. Maurissa said, “I know this experience can work, but it takes two to make it work.”
She hasn’t lost hope and is ready to begin again with the right person. Could fans see her try again on Season 8 of Bachelor in Paradise? The cast has not been revealed yet so it’s yet to be seen if she’s ready to take that plunge again.

These two had fans convinced they were made for each other. They documented their Sunday morning breakfasts together, which they did every single week. They met families and they just appeared to have it all together.
When they decided to call it quits, they didn’t announce it publicly right away. Maurissa just suddenly deleted photos of the two of them off of her Instagram. She also posted some cryptic quotes. Riley also posted some cryptic posts that had fans wondering what was going on.
When they finally announced the end of their engagement they released a joint statement. It said, “We have decided to go our separate ways. Never did we imagine this, but we’ve come to a point where we both need to work on ourselves.”
They went on to thank everyone for their love and support while they were on this journey. Then, they asked for privacy as they navigate through their breakup.
