Hallmark has released the When Calls The Heart, “Past, Present, Future” Sneak Peek. This video shows how Hope Valley is at the crossroads of the past, as they move forward into the future.

What Happens In When Calls The Heart ‘Past, Present, Future’ Sneak Peek?’
In the When Calls The Heart Season 9, Episode 6 “Past, Present, Future” Sneak Peek, the Hallmark series shows how Hope Valley is going through a few growing pains, as it continues to transform into a modern town.
The Sneak Peek starts with Nathan directing traffic in town. Henry Gowen is driving into town and has to stop his vehicle. There is a major traffic jam in the main intersection.
The Mountie smiles over at him and says, “Henry. Looks lie this is as close as you’re gonna get to your office today.”
Henry proceeds to get out of his car, shuts the door, and says, “Looks like you may be right.” Gowen then continues to walk the distance to his place of work, as a stunned Nathan mumbles a few words, and watches Henry move on.
Next, we see Flo point toward the jam. “Well, I believe it started with these two cars over here.”
Rosemary has now opened the window of the paper and complains, “All I know is it is almost becoming too difficult to even concentrate with all the noise.” Flo nods in agreement.
Now Mei Sou approaches the Mountie and says, “Nathan?”
He takes Newton’s reins and asks her, “Can you take Newton, please?” Nathan then starts waving his hands, as he tries to untangle this snarl of vehicles. “Joseph, pass on through.”
Bill walks towards Mei, looking pretty fed up. “What a surprise!”
Mei comments, “Newton doesn’t seem so thrilled, either.”
Now, Dr. Carter waves her arms toward the pharmacist, and then the pharmacy. “Uh, Mei? Are you gonna open the pharmacy?”
Mei quietly asks Bill, “Would you mind?” At Bill’s “Sure,” she hands him Newton’s reins.
Meanwhile, we see the back of Nathan’s red serge uniform, as he gestures for a vehicle to back up.” However, Newton is not happy about this situation and begins to neigh.
Bill calms the horse and agrees. “I don’t like this any more than you do, boy. Come on. Let’s go get a cup of coffee.”
Then, Elizabeth appears. She is looking up and waving, and then makes a shrugging gesture. We see Lucas, who is drinking coffee from his balcony. He also shrugs and looks down at her.
What Is ‘Past, Present, Future’ About?
According to the Hallmark synopsis, in this When Calls The Heart episode, “trouble is brewing.” As seen in the “Past, Present, Future” Preview Video, four key members of Hope Valley are concerned about the coal mine reopening now that Fiona has secured a deal to sell her shares of the oil company.
In addition, Lee writes an editorial in the Valley Voice about his concern about the intentions of the oil company.
Meanwhile, the town is going through some growing pains. It is 1919, and the world is no longer the same. How will Hope Valley move into the future?
