Bobye Holt Says 2 Victims Of Josh Duggar Thanked Her?
During Josh Duggar’s trial, fans became familiar with the name Bobye Holt. Until the trial, not many folks knew who she was. But her work during the trial led to many Duggar fans appreciating her. Now, she’s revealing that a couple of Josh’s victims have since thanked her.
About a year ago, Josh was arrested by the feds over child pornography charges. His trial began in November 2021. Though it was too late for him to be charged for his prior molestations, the judge wanted to take it into account to show that Josh had a pattern of these types of behaviors. This would possibly affect the verdict.
Bobye Holt, a family friend of the Duggars, was asked to testify about his molestations. She revealed that her daughter was previously courting Josh. However, when he confessed to his parents about molesting his sisters, the Holts came over to learn the truth. So, Bobye recalled those details and shared them during the trial.
Throughout the trial, Josh’s victims were referred to as Jane Does to protect their identities.
Josh was ultimately found guilty and is now waiting to be sentenced. Duggar fans applauded Bobye for her hard work. But fans have also been curious about how the Duggars feel about her sharing these details in court. Has Bobye Holt been thanked by any of the Duggar family members?

An old comment on one of Bobye Holt’s Instagram posts has resurfaced. In a comment, a fan asked, “Do any of the Jane Does appreciate what you have done? Or are they still somewhat brainwashed?”
In response, Bobye explained, “I think they do. I’ve had 2 of them thank me.” Due to privacy concerns, it seems, Bobye doesn’t identify which of Josh’s victims have thanked her.
Fans have been hopeful that Bobye will share even more secrets about the Duggar family in the future. For now, she doesn’t have much else to say, however. Fans appreciate her for doing her part and helping Josh’s actions be brought to light.
