TLC’s LPBW is officially coming back for its 23rd season! The new season may feature some drama over the future of Roloff Farms. This has been a strong storyline in the past seasons of the show, but now, things appear to be ramping up. Stick around to see what we know about LPBW Season 23’s drama.

TLC announced last week that several shows, including Little People, Big World and Welcome to Plathville, are coming back. The new season will premiere on Sunday, May 17. Fans will have a chance to catch up with Amy and Chris Marek, as well as Caryn Chandler and Matt Roloff. Zach and Tori Roloff will return once again as they prepare to welcome their third baby to the world this spring.

While LPBW Season 23 will feature many different moments in the Roloff family’s lives, one major question is about who will need up getting the farm. After all, as Matt gets older, he’s able to do less around the farm. One of his kids will likely take over the farm eventually, but who will it be?

TLC hints at drama ahead on LPBW Season 23.

According to the LPBW press release from TLC, there may be some pretty big drama ahead for the Roloffs. One section of the release reads:

“The Roloffs face big changes and challenging times as a rift in the family causes an unexpected divide that sparks the beginning of a new and very different chapter.”

It’s unclear what divide is being referenced in the release because there has been no major news about a rift. However, it’s possible that there is more going on behind the scenes.

The release also notes that “tensions arise from a heated farm negotiation between Zach, Tori, Matt and Caryn.”

If you’ve been following the Roloffs, you may know that Zach and Tori recently purchased a home, making it obvious that they likely aren’t getting the farm anytime soon. In the LPBW Season 23 press release, TLC reveals, “When the negotiations fall through, Zach and Tori decide to move and make their new home away from the farm while also expecting their third child.”

Several hints have suggested that the farm may go to Jacob and Isabel Roloff, though this couple isn’t on the show.

At the end of the release, TLC adds, “And in the midst of everything, Matt makes a decision that could change the farm – and the family – forever.”

It seems like all of the tensions and decisions may have to do with the future of Roloff Farms. Who knows what will happen with this family property after this season of LPBW?

So, what do you think might happen with the Roloff Farms drama on Season 23? Do you think that Matt will give up the farm anytime soon? Share your thoughts in the comments section below. And for more LPBW updates, come back to TV Shows Ace.
