’Sister Wives’: Avalon Padron Chooses Her ‘Harry Potter‘ House
The Sister Wives family has been very open about their love for Harry Potter. Over Thanksgiving, Christine lost Harry Potter Clue to her youngest daughter, Truely. Truely went so far as to have an HP-themed Christmas tree. So it makes perfect sense that Christine’s older daughter, Mykelti Padron is just as obsessed with the popular J.K. Rowling book series. She has since passed this passion down to her nearly one-year-old daughter Avalon Asa. Now, the little tot has officially decided which house she is in and is making it Instagram official.
Sister Wives Celebrates Avalon…And Harry Potter
Season 16 of the series was a lot to unpack. The marriage between Christine and Kody was truly unraveling. In fact, they announced their separation prior to the season premiere. Eagle-eyed fans were even more excited for the show to begin to see how it all played out and what the final breaking point was. The lead-up showed a lot, including Mykelti and her husband, Tony video chatting with the family. They could not actually be with them as there was a pandemic and they resided in Utah. Together they revealed they were expecting their first child, the third Brown grandchild. More so, it was a bright light amidst so much darkness. Luckily, the duo was able to be in Flagstaff for the gender reveal which did go awry.
Christine saved the day by showcasing a shirt that said it was a girl and everyone was ecstatic. In April of 2021, Mykelti gave birth with Christine by her side. She has been showing off her baby girl and all the precious moments ever since. Fortunately, Christine moved to Utah so she has relished the moments, as well. From the first holidays to Avalon walking for the first time, the Padrons have proudly shared this all with the world. Now, the Harry Potter family is super excited to share what house their little girl is a part of. In a twist, there may be a family duel going on.
Which House For Avalon?
There are four Harry Potter houses: Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, and Ravenclaw. The Sister Wives family has an affinity for the series, especially Christine’s brood. Yet, Maddie Brown Brush, who was recently in Orlando with Janelle and Christine’s family, is also big into HP. She shared a post from the trip sharing how much she loved that attraction at Universal Studios. Maddie noted she was already planning a trip to return for her and her husband, Caleb. This clearly runs in the family so just a few days shy of Avalon’s first birthday, Mykelti took to her Instagram to reveal her daughter’s HP house.
According to Mykelti’s video, the little girl had her four choices set up on the floor. She walked over and settled on…SLYTHERIN. This causes some contention in the home because she is a Hufflepuff and Tony is a Gryffindor. Mykelti’s fans welcomed Avalon into the club and were over the moon excited. Finally, she looked adorable as she was choosing her house. Congrats to little Avalon Padron.
