It’s the end of an era. Katie Maloney filed for divorce from Tom Schwartz last month. She didn’t waste any time after announcing their split on Instagram. The You’re Gonna Love Me podcast host filed for divorce at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, March, 22.

The 35-year-old cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind their split. Katie filed the divorce papers all by herself. She also listed their separation as February 12, even though they announced their split a week prior. Katie did not request spousal support for either party.

Per the court papers obtained by People, the former pair will have to determine how they split their assets and property. The Bravo stars first announced their split on their respective Instagram pages on March 15.

“I never thought I would have to make an announcement like this. But I feel it’s important that I’m open about my life with you,” Katie Maloney wrote. “After 12 years on an adventure through life together Tom and I are ending our marriage. This ending is not met with resentment or animosity, no sides to choose. We have deep admiration for one another that will always remain and we cherish our friendship.”

“Well this sucks. How am I supposed to capture 12 years of love in a f*** canned Instagram caption,” Schwartz wrote. “I’m not quite ready to use the ‘D’ word bc it’s too painful. Yes my heart aches but I’ll be ok.”
