Months after revealing news of a miscarriage, Jill Duggar is pregnant again. She made the surprise announcement quite far along in the pregnancy.
Following Josh Duggar’s conviction of CSAM charges in December of 2021, Jill took a social media break for about a month. A few weeks after her return, she shared the news about her pregnancy.
She’ll welcome baby number three in July of 2022. The new baby will join older brothers, Israel, 6, and Samuel, 4.
Jill Duggar has yet to reveal if she’s having a boy or a girl, but some fans have other concerns about the new baby.
Jill Duggar will shield new baby’s face?
After testing positive for COVID, the TLC alum has been sharing updates on social media. In her latest update, she revealed that she’s finally tested negative for the virus. To celebrate, she hit a local playground with her kids and husband, Derick Dillard.
She shared a series of snapshots of their family fun day. However, one fan noticed something odd about the photos – the children’s faces were obscured. Lately, it seems that Jill Duggar has only shown photos of her kids from the back, keeping their faces hidden.
Meanwhile, old photos showing their faces are still on her Instagram.
One concerned fan took to the comments on the playground pics to express dismay over the impending arrival. “Since the boys are no longer shown, I’m sad we won’t ever see the baby either,” they wrote.
However, another of Jill’s followers was quick to correct the assertion. “How are the boys not shown. Jill posted a picture the other day of them all smiling,” they clapped back.
Both Samuel and Israel are front and center in the family’s pregnancy announcement post on Jill’s Instagram feed.

Jinger Duggar shares two children, Felicity and Evangeline, with her husband Jeremy Vuolo. Jill’s younger sister moved away from the Duggar family compound and lives in Los Angeles with her small family.
While both Jinger and Jeremy are active on social media, fans haven’t seen their kids’ faces in years. The former reality stars made the decision to protect their daughters’ privacy by obscuring their faces.
It’s possible that the person upset at the idea of not seeing the face of Jill Duggar’s new baby was incorrectly thinking of Jinger.
