Christine Brown Paints Paedon As A Monster, Parenting Fail?
Christine Brown appears to have a very close relationship with all of her six children. So close, in fact, she defied Kody’s pandemic rules for them. A few of her kids lived in different states so she told her husband she was not staying stagnant in Flagstaff. Openly, she would have to travel and that is what she did but followed the CDC guidelines all the same. One of her most verbal children has been her son, Paedon. He has been exposing his father as well as his dad’s fourth wife Robyn. Now it appears Paedon may be no angel in a resurfaced Sister Wives clip.
Christine Brown Defends Her Family
The one thing about Christine and Janelle is they have a strong allegiance to their children. Kody wanted some of the older kids thrown out of their mother’s homes during the pandemic. He believed they were a danger to the extended family but they said no. Janelle wanted to ensure her two sons felt safe and could continue to live their best productive lives. This caused a lot of conflict and cursing. As for Christine, she had Kody trying to convince her to postpone Ysabel’s much-needed scoliosis surgery. She refused as she knew her daughter was desperate for relief. Kody claimed she just wanted to take her for the procedure as an excuse for a vacation. He later took back this accusation.
She also refused to completely adhere to his overly strict rules because she wanted to be able to be there for her pregnant daughter, Mykelti. The pregnancy was announced via video chat during the pandemic. A plural family was supposed to be able to lean on one another in times of crisis but they were so broken, this would not happen. Furthermore, the addition of an outside nanny to Robyn’s home shook Christine when her own kids could not even come by. She noted her three daughters at home had all but lost respect for their father when they saw the favoritism he was showing. After Christine chose to leave the marriage, Paedon had no problem speaking up and out.
Paedon A Monster?
Christine Brown’s son Paedon has been making TikTok videos and going on Podcasts where he has been talking all about his family. He shared his dad is a hypocrite for being so crazy about COVID despite being unvaccinated. Paedon also shared that his sister, Gwendlyn is actually scared of him. He admitted he slapped her and she still won’t talk to him, despite Christine trying to make things right between the siblings. A Reddit thread was started about a clip involving Paedon and Gwen from Season 9. Gwen did not want to go on a family trip to watch Hunter wrestle but she was told by Christine it was going to be boring.
Christine was trying to explain and emphasize to her daughter she could not leave her at home with Paedon. Kody could not understand why she would say it would not be fun. Robyn was staying behind with her kids but appeared too busy to have Gwen around. Ultimately, Gwen stayed with Robyn but the big question was why couldn’t she stay with her own brother? Plus, why did Christine have to tell her daughter the trip to support her other brother was going to be so bad?
“I feel like this family doesn’t know how disturbing it is that two siblings can’t be left alone together. That’s a major red flag and parenting fail and they’re acting like it’s nothing,” one Redditor commented. This may have been when Paedon slapped his sister and why they could not have been alone together but the timetable is unknown. OMG I came from a family of four siblings – we smacked and punched and bickered with each other all the time – didn’t make my mother a bad mom or us monsters … it’s what kids do … please … we can do without the dramatics!

I came from a large family, we may have smacked someone one time but we soon learned that it was not acceptable to hit your sibling or anyone else either. I have to grown children and they learned very early in life that this wasn’t acceptable and we didn’t have a problem with it either. Then of course, there was only one mom and one dad so rules could be made and agreed upon quite easily.
It’s really none of our business! Too encourage people to criticize other peoples actions is not healthy! Peon glass houses shouldn’t throw stones. I thought we weren’t supposed to judge? It’s one thing to talk with a friend about what you think… but to throw anyone & everyone under the bus? Social media think some rethinking needs to be done. Ok just my opinion. Thanks
I am sure out of 18 kids there are more that fight. That’s what siblings do. We see only tidbits of their lives, and they aren’t advertising all the fights between the kids. It does not make any of them bad parents.

It may be more than just sibling getting on each others nerves. Seems Paedon may have had an issue with Gwen being Gay and her politics. He also got into a little verbal arguement with Mariah and her girlfriend. At this point I think Paedon should keep his mouth shut as no good can come of this but further the distance between siblings.
I think he needs to eat a Snickers and chill.

I think there is more to the situation than what we are told, fight between sibling is comon but when a sibling is too afraid of another or the parent will not let them stay together than their are bigger issues
Note they are not babies they are young adults
Imagine having to be so perfect that you felt this was necessary because your husband mentally abused you by keeping his attention from you and fawning over a new person…
Classic sign of abused wife, blame the kids and small situations to make the husband seem right.
Just remember all these articles are from an agency hired and paid to keep the family in the media. Are the articles true, lot of doubt in my mind if they are !
As a child of a parent who always choose the shiny new person, Cody does not realize how much damage he has done to his wives and kids.
I’m sorry but Christine and Janelle need to go to therapy, because they were with a narcissist for years and that can have lasting effects.
Get far, far, far, far away from Cody and the show…
I would watch Christine and Janelle over Cody and the other 2.
And how perfect did Cody expect the house to be that Christine felt the need to separate after one smack… those kids need therapy on how the real world works.
