‘When Calls The Heart’ Season 9 Star Addresses Unvaccinated Rumors
When Calls The Heart fans love to jump on social media and discuss their favorite Hallmark series. However, sometimes a rumor can start, and it could unintentionally hurt a young star. Add the complications surrounding a worldwide pandemic, stars may feel the need to clarify their status on social media.
A WCTH star went to social media this week to explain why she was not in the Season 9 premiere episode, “In Like A Lion.” She also made it clear it had nothing to do with avoiding the Covid vaccine.
When Calls The Heart Star Addresses Unvaccinated Rumors
On Monday, hours after the When Calls The Heart Season 9 premiere, one of the show’s stars felt the need to go to social media to clarify why they were not in the first episode. Responding to a now-deleted tweet, Jaeda Lily Miller addressed some comments that she was not vaccinated for Covid at the time of filming the first episode.
The 15-year-old actress who portrays Allie Grant on the Hallmark series went to Twitter. Although the original tweet is now deleted, it is pretty clear that someone had written their belief that Jaeda was not in the first episode because she had not been vaccinated per Covid filming rules. She gracefully explained that the poster was wrong.
sorry not true, i was fully vaxxed at the time. sometimes we’re just not written in episodes. all is good and i look forward to u seeing Allie when she does show up 😊 #Hearties
Jaeda revealed that she was not written into the premiere episode. That is why Allie was not in the episode. Moreover, it has nothing to do with her vaccination status.
Hearties Support When Calls The Heart Star Jaeda Lily Miller
What was the Hearties response to the When Calls The Heart star’s post? Jaeda Lily Miller was fully supported. The first comment seems to indicate more insight into the now-deleted tweet. It sounded like the speculation around her absence was due to her eligibility to get vaccinated.
Thank you for the clarification, Jaeda. The story was around eligibility to get the vax due to age. I’m glad you corrected. Your presence was missed.
Another thought was that Jaeda had another show to film.
Glad to know all is well. I had thought your absence was due to a need to be on set elsewhere. Be sure to share any upcoming projects. Allie needs to hurry back to Hope Valley. I saw Robert spending time with Angela Canfield. Curious if you still like-like him, after all. 😊
Lastly, the original poster for the now-deleted tweet apologized for the inaccurate comment. They also shared that they would delete the tweet.
Sorry- I removed the comments. I apologize for the wrong information.
However, another Heartie revealed that this now-deleted tweet was not the only incorrect source!
No apology needed, at least from my perspective. I had read the same info in several locations.
Lastly, the original poster remained gracious as they wrote, “When I am wrong – I need to admit it. But thanks.”
sorry not true, i was fully vaxxed at the time. sometimes we’re just not written in episodes. all is good and i look forward to u seeing Allie when she does show up 😊 #Hearties https://t.co/1rCWWFCahc

Kevin McGarry Reveals Special WCTH Season 9 Moment With Jaeda
Although Jaeda was not in the first episode, nor will she be in the second episode of When Calls The Heart Season 9, she will eventually be in the Hallmark series. Moreover, Kevin McGarry has revealed that this season will include a very special moment.
The Feeling Butterflies star revealed to ET that “Nathan’s true love is his daughter.” He also confirmed that Allie will be a big part of WCTH Season 9. That includes a “clutch your pearls” moment.
Allie is the one he cares about the most, and she’s there. There’s some very sweet moments between the two of them this season as that relationship grows, and Allie’s growing up too. It’s a big thing.
However, there will be some uncomfortable issues for this new father of a tween daughter. It is not necessarily easy to be a single father, but it promises to be entertaining.
When Calls The Heart Season 9, Episode 2, “Out Like A Lamb” premieres on Sunday, March 13, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on Hallmark.
