Colton Underwood was a guest on this week’s Watch What Happens Live. He appeared on the Bravo show to promote his upcoming stint on the CBS reality show Beyond the Edge.
The former Bachelor is among the celebrity contestants left in the jungles of Panama to see who can survive the wilderness and raise money for the charity of their choice. Other notable names competing include Full House star Jodie Sweetin, controversial RHONY star Eboni K. Williams, and model Paulina Porizkova. The first episode debuts on Wednesday, March 16.

During Underwood’s appearance on WWHL, Andy Cohen asked him about coming out. After years of competing on Bachelor Nation shows as a straight man, Colton Underwood came out as a gay man in April of 2021. The former Bachelor documented part of his coming out journey for the Netflix series Coming Out Colton.
As a gay man himself, Andy Cohen was visibly moved by Colton Underwood’s stories of how he hid being gay. The former football player admitted to trying self-conversion therapy by appearing on the ABC dating show.

During another segment of WWHL, Colton Underwood and Summer House star Danielle Olivera answered shady questions from viewers. One viewer asked Colton about his Bachelor crush. They asked, “Which Bachelor would you have wanted to compete for?”
After thinking for a moment, Colton Underwood gave his surprising answer. Completely shutting out all the Bachelor leads over the years, the reality star chose host Chris Harrison as his dream date.
During Underwood’s season of The Bachelor, he formed a close friendship with Harrison. They are still friends to this day, despite the host leaving the franchise around the same time as Colton’s coming out.
In fact, Chris Harrison broke his social media silence surrounding his exit to share his good wishes with the Bachelor Nation star.
Furthermore, he was among the first to congratulate Colton Underwood on his recent engagement to boyfriend Jordan C. Brown.
Brown was in the WWHL audience, which made for an awkward moment when another question came up about Underwood’s behavior before coming out.
Reality star admits to using Instagram to troll for thirst traps
When it came to shady questions, the former Bachelor was in the hot seat. Another question from host Andy Cohen was about which celebrities Colton “thirst” followed on social media.
As Underwood considered his answer, the camera panned to his fiance sitting in the audience. Instead of answering the question, Colton took a sip of his drink.
