According to NWA Homepage, Josh Duggar’s legal team filed a 27-page document. The defense said that the defendant was “deprived of significant constitutional rights.” On this basis, his team stated, “the law requires a new trial.”

The defense also argues that the prosecution did not present adequate evidence that Josh received and possessed the content discovered on his devices. They note that “there was no evidence [he] ‘personally’ viewed child s*xual abuse material.”

  1. he needs to go to prison for a very long time. They need to check to see if his kids have been molested. They need to be happy and if he has done anything to them,they will need help.
