She shared a series of photos and videos to honor her dad’s memory. In a heartfelt caption, she thanked her father. “Thank you Daddy for teaching me how to protect myself, how to take a shot of tequila, and most importantly how to be an independent woman that doesn’t rely on anyone else for success (except you when my car breaks down).”

As sad as losing her father is, she wrote that she’s “so thankful” that he’s free from “cancer’s evil grip.” She did have one request for her deceased dad. “Keep an eye on me&Mama and keep on dancin in Heaven🤍-your little girl.”

Tia Booth had chronicled her father’s cancer battle on her Instagram. She first shared the news of his diagnosis of colon cancer back in March of 2021.
