Kendall Jenner was roasted for setting unrealistic body standards once again. The model shared the behind-the-scenes photos of her Valentine’s Day photo shoot. The original campaign took place in 2021. Kendall posed in a red bra and matching thong from her sister Kim Kardashian’s Skim shapewear brand. At that time, Kendall received backlash for some of the same points that fans bring up to this day.

Some fans accused her of Photoshopping her body. Others felt uncomfortable when they saw the revealing photos. They think that Kendall looked too thin. Though the shoot was controversial, Kendall decided to bring it back on social media.

Kendall Jenner did not learn from her mistakes. She wanted to bring back the time when she posed in a pushup bra and g-string underwear. She flaunted her long legs and toned figure in the throwback photos that she shared on her Instagram Stories over the weekend. However, fans think she was promoting unrealistic body standards.

Others claimed she photoshopped the images. Kendall Jenner was feeling the holiday spirit. She wanted to celebrate Valentine’s Day by sharing the photos from her steamy shoot. In one photo, she bent over as she showed off her bare behind. Kendall wrote: “vday tomorrow” in the Sunday, February 13 Instagram Story.

She shared that same image again on Valentine’s Day without a caption. In a second post, Kendall squatted on the ground to show off her flat stomach. The clips showed the dark-haired beauty moving back and forth as the wind machine blew her hair. Kendall Jenner posed for the camera.

The photoshoot originally took place for Skims’ Valentine’s Day 2021 ad campaign. Kim enlisted her younger sister for her new collection. However, fans weren’t happy with the photoshoot. Many slammed Kendall Jenner for promoting “unrealistic beauty standards” with the world. In 2021, the reality star shared many photos and clips from that day when she posed in nothing but the little red lingerie set.

The original photoshoot caused controversy a year ago. Pop Crave was one of the first to share behind-the-scenes photos on Twitter. Many fans took to social media to share their thoughts on the ad campaign. The Instagram account Problematic Fame claimed that Kendall Jenner “photoshopped” the images to appear toned and lean.

“This photo is very photoshopped. Kendall is obviously very gorgeous but these are not her real proportions, nor are they anybody’s. Please don’t compare yourself to heavily edited images. Even Kendall doesn’t look like this irl.”
