Derick Dillard’s & Jill Duggar’s Mushy Tributes Have Instagram Swooning
Derick Dillard’s and Jill Duggar’s latest tributes have their Instagram followers swooning. As the former Counting On couple celebrated Valentine’s Day and their love for each other, they dedicated special posts to each other online.
Longtime Duggar fans will remember that Jill and Derick got married on June 21, 2014. Since then, they have welcomed two sons, Israel, 6, and Samuel, 4, to their family. They also recently rescued a dog, Fenna. Sadly, the couple revealed to fans that Jill had a miscarriage in 2021.
Despite the ups and downs they have experienced in their marriage, Jill is feeling especially “thankful” on Valentine’s Day. And it looks like her husband, Derick, is very happy about where they are today, too.

On Instagram on Tuesday, February 15, Derick Dillard shared a new post about his wife. He shared a photo of Jill Duggar sitting at their kitchen table with a steak on her plate. The Duggar daughter is all smiles in the latest snap.
In his caption, Derick sweetly writes, “Happy Valentine’s Day mi amor! Thanks for being my valentine these last 9 years @jillmdillard 😘”
In the comments section of his post, fans are commenting and gushing over the cute couple. They are glad to see that they had a great Valentine’s Day meal together. They are also amazed by how happy and healthy Jill looks in the new photo. One fan writes, “It’s so lovely to see a couple speak so nicely about each other!”
Fans are also shocked to learn that Jill and Derick have been together for nine Valentine’s Days already. They’re coming up on their eight-year wedding anniversary this summer, too.

On her Instagram page, Jill Duggar shared a special message about her valentines. Not only was Derick Dillard one of her valentines this year, but her two sons were, too.
The Duggar daughter wrote, “Happy belated Valentines to the love of my life @derickdillard and our little ones!” Then, she added, “For dinner, the boys had their favorite pizza, then Derick grilled a special steak dinner for the two of us to enjoy after the boys were in bed.” It sounds like Jill and Derick enjoyed their romantic meal together on the special holiday.
Then, she added that she loves her “people” and that she is “thankful.”
One fan commented on Jill’s post, “So great that you two found each other 😍” Others shared similar sentiments about the sweet couple.
